You are invited to exhibit at the first Health and Information Fair sponsored by Chesapeake Elementary PTO and the Upper Kanawha Valley Starting Points. This event will be open to the public and will have health, information and career exhibits, and activities geared toward all ages.

The event will be held at Chesapeake Elementary, located at 13620 Chesapeake, WV, on Saturday, April 17, 2010, from noon to 3:00 p.m. Exhibitors can begin setting up after

10:00 a.m. The Red Cross will be sponsoring a blood drive from 11:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

If your organization would like to join us, please return the enclosed registration form by Friday, April 9, 2010. As a treat for the community, we are requesting but not requiring that each exhibitor include a child-friendly activity or provide a small gift for children and/or adults at their booth.
